Tony CM Philipp: Founder, iTransEuro.com
Mr Philipp founded iTransEuro.com in December of 1999, with the purpose of helping US and European companies expand their Internet business throughout Europe.  Mr. Philipp is a member of the Independent Directors Program of 3i plc, the leading Venture Capital firm in Europe. Mr. Philipp was formerly Chief Operating Officer for Lycos Bertelsmann in Germany. He joined Lycos in 1996 and under his leadership formed a Joint Venture between Lycos and Bertelsmann. Building on the relationship with licensing partners such as AOL, Grolier, BOL, Cdnow, Netscape, Microsoft, Freeserve, Lycos Bertelsmann has become the dominant Internet Pan European Navigation Service with offices and local products in Germany, France, UK, NL, Spain, Italy, and Sweden. Prior to joining Lycos, Mr. Philipp established the European Magellan in France, Germany and the UK, which was subsequently bought by Excite. Mr. Philipp also spent six years with AT&T, building their European Global Account Management Program, as well as starting the Profile Initiative Program in Germany. Mr Philipp is a dual citizen in Germany and the USA, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clemson University , a Master of International Business (MBA) from the University of South Carolina, and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Cologne (Germany).
Currently, Mr. Philipp serves as an advisor to several US and European technology companies.
